Nicolette Moore joined Gladstein, Reif & Meginniss in 2024 and represents unions and employees in labor and employment matters. She previously clerked at Beldock Levine & Hoffman, where she worked on employment discrimination, police and government misconduct, and free speech cases.

During law school, Ms. Moore gained extensive experience advocating for workers’ rights. She spent a summer at Gladstein, Reif & Meginniss as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow, supporting the Firm’s labor and employment cases, and served as a Peggy Browning Fellow at Farmworker Justice, where she contributed to impact litigation aimed at protecting agricultural workers facing workplace abuse. She also worked in the General Counsel’s Office at New York State United Teachers and participated in her law school’s Equality & Justice Practice Clinic.

Prior to law school, Ms. Moore worked at a legal tech startup and spent a year in Mexico as a Fulbright Fellow, where she worked on anti-corruption compliance at a law firm.
