Alicia Graziano joined the Firm in 2025 and represents unions and employees in a wide range of labor and employment matters. She advocates for labor unions in organizing campaigns, contract administration, grievance proceedings, and arbitrations. She also represents employees in wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and severance negotiations.

Before joining the Firm, Ms. Graziano was a law fellow at SEIU Local 32BJ, where she provided legal support for organizing campaigns, assisted in contract administration, and represented union members in grievances and arbitration.

Her commitment to labor rights began before law school. While working at the New Museum of Contemporary Art, she helped lead a successful union organizing campaign, then went on to serve as a staff organizer for UAW Local 2110. There, she worked on organizing campaigns at museums, cultural institutions, and nonprofit organizations, and supported bargaining efforts for first contracts.

Ms. Graziano received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2023, where she concentrated in Labor, Work, and Income. During law school, she was a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Strategic Organizing Center and completed internships with Lichten & Liss-Riordan, P.C., Greater Boston Legal Services, and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor.
