Alicia Graziano joined the firm in 2025. Previously, she was a law fellow at SEIU Local 32BJ, where she provided legal support for organizing campaigns, contract administration, and other union affairs, as well as representing union members in grievances and arbitrations.
Prior to law school, she worked at the New Museum of Contemporary Art and helped lead the successful union organizing campaign before joining her local union, UAW Local 2110, as a staff organizer. At Local 2110, she worked on new organizing campaigns at museums, cultural institutions, and non-profit organizations, and assisted with collective bargaining for first contracts.
Ms. Graziano received her J.D. with a concentration in Labor, Work, and Income from Northeastern University School of Law in 2023. During law school, she was a Peggy Browning Fellow at the Strategic Organizing Center, and completed internships with Lichten & Liss-Riordan, P.C., Greater Boston Legal Services, and the Department of Labor-Office of the Solicitor. She was recognized on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll for Law Students.
She is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
