Nicolette Moore joined the firm in 2024. Previously, she worked as a law clerk at the civil rights firm Beldock Levine & Hoffman, where she worked on cases involving employment discrimination, police/government misconduct, and free speech. During law school, she spent a summer at Gladstein, Reif & Meginniss as a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow, supporting the firm’s labor and employment cases. She was also a Peggy Browning Fellow at Farmworker Justice where she worked on impact litigation aimed at protecting agricultural workers suffering workplace abuse. While in law school, she also worked in the General Counsel’s Office at New York State United Teachers and participated in her law school’s Equality & Justice Practice Clinic. Prior to law school, Nicolette worked at a legal tech startup and spent a year in Mexico as a Fulbright Fellow, where she worked on anti-corruption compliance at a law firm. She received her JD from City University New York (CUNY) School of Law and her BS from Georgetown University.

She is admitted to practice in New York State.
