Patrick Walsh joined the firm in 2014 after more than a decade of litigation for the N.Y. Attorney General. Mr. Walsh has briefed and argued more than 100 appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the New York Court of Appeals and all four departments of the New York Appellate Division, encompassing a variety of procedural and substantive areas, including employment, civil rights, ERISA, administrative and constitutional matters. He previously represented migrant farmworkers as a Skadden Fellow and a NAPIL Fellow in Kentucky, Florida and rural Mexico, bringing federal and state wage and hour claims, class action H-2A contract suits, and claims under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act. He also clerked for the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Walsh received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review, and his undergraduate degree from Brown University. Prior to law school, he worked for the Service Employees International Union in Atlanta, Georgia, and as a writer and producer for CNN Headline News.

Mr. Walsh is admitted in New York State, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
